Signing up, start to finish

There is no package to pick. The price comes out of four numbers about your own clinic — patients a month, messages a day, doctors, branches — and it moves as you set them. Choose two weeks, a month or a year, pay by InstaPay, Vodafone Cash or bank transfer, and send the receipt. This is all of it, unedited, ending on the WhatsApp message that carries your login.

  • Priced from your own four numbers
  • InstaPay, Vodafone Cash or bank transfer
  • Your login arrives on WhatsApp
022:58

The first time you sign in

Four steps, once. Who you are and where the clinic is, the WhatsApp number the assistant will answer on — linked by scanning a single code — and anything you would like it to read before it starts. Skip what you like; all of it can be changed later. It ends on the screen you will open every morning.

  • Four steps, filled in once
  • WhatsApp linked by scanning one code
  • Ends where your working day starts
Act I

The patient file

We start where you will spend your day. One patient, and everything that hangs off them — what happened last time, the visit itself, the report, the bill.

031:04

Everyone who ever wrote in

One minute. Every patient who has ever messaged the clinic already has a file, and you never created it. Search by name or by number, or add somebody by hand.

  • Files built from the conversation itself
  • Search in Arabic, by name or number
  • Visit count beside every name
043:17

It remembers the last time

Every visit stacked in order, with the photographs you took and the summary it wrote. Six months later you open the file and know exactly where the two of you left off.

  • Clinical photographs inside the timeline
  • Every summary kept
  • Nothing to file by hand
055:37

Press record. The note writes itself.

If you watch one chapter, watch this one. Start the visit, put the phone down, and talk to your patient exactly as you always have. When you stop, the summary is already written — findings, what you did, what needs following up — and it is filed under their name.

  • Recorded in the room, in Arabic
  • Findings, procedures and follow-up, kept apart
  • The recording stays attached to the note
062:11

A full report, in one tap

Active problems, last visit, financial position, and the things that ought to worry you — assembled from the whole file rather than the last appointment. In Arabic or in English, whichever the reader needs.

  • Written from the entire history
  • Arabic or English, your choice
  • Red flags called out, not buried
070:48

The bill, attached to the person

Under a minute. Every invoice this patient has ever had, settled and outstanding, sitting on their file — not in a separate ledger you have to reconcile at the end of the month.

  • Paid and outstanding on one screen
  • A new invoice from the same place
  • Totals in EGP
Act II

Conversations and appointments

What the assistant does while you are busy: answers your patients in your words, and turns those answers into bookings on your calendar.

3 · 20:05
085:16

Just ask your clinic

Ask a question the way you would ask a colleague — about a patient, about the week, about the money. It searches the whole clinic before it answers, and sometimes it hands you a finished document instead of a reply.

  • Ask in Arabic, in your own words
  • It searches the records before answering
  • Produces documents you can send on
0910:04

A patient books at midnight

The longest chapter here, and the one worth your ten minutes. A real WhatsApp conversation end to end: the patient asks, the assistant answers from your hours and your prices, offers the times that are genuinely free, and books one. You were asleep for all of it.

  • The whole conversation, uncut
  • Times offered from your real calendar
  • Booked with nobody at the clinic
104:45

Your day, in order

The calendar every booking lands in. Open a day and you have the list — who, when, for what, and what it is worth. This is the screen you will check first every morning.

  • From the month down to a single day
  • Every appointment carries its price
  • Move or cancel without a phone call
Act III

Running the clinic

What it knows, what it needs from you today, and what the month actually came to.

3 · 13:45
113:32

Everything your clinic knows

Upload what you already have — price lists, protocols, old records — and it stops being a folder you search and becomes something the assistant can answer from.

  • PDFs, documents and photographs
  • Read once, remembered for good
  • Answers come back grounded in what you gave it
127:46

Tell it to do something later

Two things in one chapter. First, what needs you today kept apart from what merely happened. Then the part worth waiting for: you tell the assistant, in one sentence, to send a patient their summary in two minutes — and it does.

  • Alerts and tasks kept apart
  • A task set in a single sentence
  • It runs while the app is closed
132:27

What the clinic actually made

Revenue against expenses, across any range of dates you choose. Record a payment or log a cost and the figure at the top moves. There is no spreadsheet anywhere in this.

  • Revenue and expenses in one place
  • Any range of dates
  • Payments recorded against the invoice itself
Act IV

Tune it to your clinic

The settings that make it yours rather than generic — how it speaks, when you work, what you charge, and what your patients say once they have left.

3 · 7:06
142:18

How it should speak

One box, where you describe your assistant the way you would brief a new receptionist. Formal or warm, brief or patient — it keeps the tone you set, in every message it ever sends.

  • Plain sentences, not settings
  • In effect from the next message
  • The same voice on WhatsApp and in the app
152:33

Your hours, your prices

Every day of the week, when you open and when you close. Every service, with what you charge for it. This is the only screen in the product that feels like paperwork — and you fill it in once.

  • Opening hours per day, switched on and off
  • Services priced in EGP
  • Saved once — quoted from forever after
162:15

It asks how the visit went

After the patient leaves, the assistant asks them to rate the visit — and the answers come back to you as stars and sentences, instead of as a form somebody had to chase.

  • The patient rates it from their own phone
  • Stars and written comments together
  • Collected without you asking for it
You have seen all of it

Everything you just watched works today.

A month for 800 EGP — around 27 a day. Two weeks is 500, a full year is 7,999, and every one of the sixteen chapters is included at all three: there is no higher tier and nothing is held back. Pay by InstaPay, Vodafone Cash or bank transfer, send us the receipt, and your clinic is live in about three minutes.
